SUPERVISION'S TEAM
We have a young team, with an average age of 35, under the direction of Hernan Poblete, the company founder. The team has a wide range of operational skills gained from many events and its daylight technology experience is unmatched among the giant video screen companies in
A technical supervision and highly skilled personnel
The technical team is led by two highly experienced members:
After being an apprentice with Supervision during the Albertville Olympic Games in 1992, Victor BAHIA joined the company in 1994 after gaining his diploma from the Ecole d’Audiovisuel. He is considered as one of the pioneers of daylight screens, and is a master in both audiovisual and electronic aspects.
Philippe LAPITRE also joined the company after gaining his diploma as an engineer of Applied Electronics, having worked on an apprenticeship with Supervision during the football World Cup in 1998. He is responsible for everything concerning the maintenance of the giant video screens in direct contact with Mr BAHIA, and also contributes in the development of new equipment such as hydraulic trucks.
All-round Teams
Our screens are operated by BTS level technicians who also receive in-house training by our experienced senior technicians. They are fully conscious of all security procedures concerning other services and the public, as well as client regulations.
Our technical teams are supported by an office-based team, which is in direct contact with the field, and which anticipates and organises each stage of the process for the implementation of an event. The team also acts as a permanent link between the client and the other technical services.
We pay particular attention to the overseeing of our projects, and take great care to follow and respect all rules and regulations.
